Led by Omoniyi Talabi, a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in construction and heritage project management. Laplas Consult brings together multidisciplinary expertise gained through delivering projects for organisations such as Historic England, and the Mechanics Institute Trust. We recently engaged by the South Swindon Parish Council to offer project management services to deliver the Bowl open centre.
